As a Sr Logistic Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations within the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of goods and materials, optimizing supply chain processes, and driving customer satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise in logistics management will contribute to the success of our operations and the growth of our business. You will report directly to our Sr. Director of Logistics, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and reliability of our supply chain operations by implementing best practices, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee & manage the logistics operations within the Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit * Optimize supply chain processes to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods and materials * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies * Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed * Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners to ensure reliable service * Assess transportation methods and select most cost effective and efficient options U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. MUST HAVE: * 5+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the aerospace industry * 3+ years of experience in managing all modes of transportation including international and domestic (Parcel, Truck, HWA) * Experience with SAP or other logistics management systems. * Extensive experience in analytics to drive freight productivity * Strong knowledge of logistics processes, regulations, and best practices * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Strong communication and interpersonal skills WE VALUE: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field * Power user in Excel, Power BI, Tableau * APICS, Six Sigma or Lean certification * Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams Travel 5-10% BENEFITS: Benefits provided may differ by role and location.
