A DAY IN THE LIFE: At FreightCenter, you will partner with customers who ship on a daily/monthly basis to keep their items moving across the country. Serving as their freight expert, you will determine the best solutions for their shipping needs, in return, creating long-term customer relationships and repeat business. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills via phone and email. * Ability to actively listen * Computer Savy: Must be able to navigate multiple tabs. We do not offer remote positions. * New agents will start on a 10 am to 7 pm shift, alternating about 1 Saturday per month KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Outbound calls and emails to the leads assigned to you, No Cold Calling! * Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships * Apply different sales techniques to offer tailored solutions based on individual customer needs. * Demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation in your work. * Retain existing customers and explore upselling opportunities by showcasing the wide variety of services we offer. * Consistently close deals with a focus on service-oriented solutions.
