A significant portion of the role is to support gas fired generation in boots-on-the ground environmental compliance programs. The successful candidate enjoys working within an industrial setting calibrating, repairing, and troubleshooting air compliance analyzers while also comfortable at the desk completing reporting requirements of the assigned compliance program. You will have the opportunity to work with a team of environmental professionals across various environmental medias all with the singular focus on service, taking initiative, showing respect, operating with integrity, and focusing on safety! You will be trusted to: * Perform CEMS analyzer and associated CEMS system equipment preventative maintenance/repair/troubleshooting of various pollutant instruments. * Complete air media regulatory reporting utilizing EPA software such as CEDRI, ECMPS, and facility specific software. * Maintain regulatory compliance manuals. * Provide oversight and support to contracted testing vendors. * Participate in regulatory and internal audits of the air program. You qualify with: * Nine or more years of experience in assessment, interpretation, implementation or administration of environmental regulations, programs, policies or other relevant experience, including experience with preparing technical reports and communicating with regulatory agencies. * A degree(s) in environmental science, chemistry, wildlife biology, geology, ecological management, conservation science, business, engineering, risk management or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. * Driver's license You are a great fit with: * Experience working in an industrial facility maintaining and calibrating CEMS analyzers. * Experience in air media regulatory requirements. * Experience utilizing spreadsheets and analyzing data for trends.
