Start YOUR career with DHL today… Position : Talent Acquisition Manager Location : Cincinnati Hub (Erlanger, Kentucky) Reports to : Director of Talent Acquisition NET OPS This position will demonstrate their network and build recruiting strategies to bring top talents to the organization. Apply their leadership capabilities to develop strategic partnerships internally and externally ensuring that we use the latest technology in current recruiting trends and maintain compliance with safety, security, regulatory and DHL's policies. The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with internal clients and HR colleagues to develop best-in-class talent identification strategies that will enable DHL Express to attract, land and retain top professional level talent. Duties and Responsibilities: * Build and deliver excellence in each stage of the talent acquisition process including sourcing, employer brand, candidate engagement and experience, screening, selection and hiring. * Subject matter expert of Talent acquisition applicant tracking system (Avature) * Create and implement recruiting strategies and processes that meet assigned business division's talent acquisition needs. * Screens resumes and interviews candidates to assess their qualifications relevant to the vacant position and cultural fit for the organization. * Serves as successful candidates' chief point of contact throughout screening process. * Manages applicant tracking flow, records maintenance and candidate dispositioning to maintain compliance with company policy and applicable laws. * Keep abreast of latest development of sourcing standard processes, tools and recommend new strategies with meaningful measurements. * Researching talent acquisition trends to improve current processes including benchmark best practices in the TA arena. * Identify and evaluate trends on recruiting, including local and economic conditions as well as competitive institutions to develop innovative strategic plans to respond quickly to these trends. Database and Program Management: * Analyze the company's hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring. * Creates and implements comprehensive targeted sourcing strategy via various methods (internal Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, schools, professional associations, personal networks, etc.) for qualified active and passive candidates. * Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process. Commitment to Customer Engagement: * Fosters and cultivates relationships with key candidates (talent pool) * Drives final interview process to completion and offer through proactive communication. * Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events * Partner with recruiters to provide support for candidate, leverage resources, and make recommendations for effective candidate searches. * Select and manage relationships with top executive search professionals and get results on executive hiring. Cross-Functional Coordination: * Experience in sourcing passive professional candidates on various channels. * Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions and apply strategic thinking approach based on data and forecasts. * Partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to develop strategies, programs, and initiatives that improve talent retention. * Facilitates full-cycle recruiting, including but not limited to, sourcing, interviewing, and pre-employment assessments (background check, drug test, etc.) * Lead intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on job search parameters. * Provide functional guidance, advice and/or training to colleagues and partners. Minimum Qualifications: * BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relate field. * 7 years' experience in the Talent acquisition field. * Demonstrated a minimum of 5 years of experience in a head-hunting agency. * Personable, able to comfortably deal with all job levels including executives. * Exceptional written, oral communication skills and excellent organizational and planning skills * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, multitask requests, and adapt quickly to process and procedures. * Project management and negotiation skills, an asset * Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and with an ATS * Self-motivated, agile and able to work autonomously and collaboratively. * Previous experience recruiting for Management level positions. * Previous experience recruiting for operations positions and Union environments. * Knowledge of compliance and legal requirements. * This position is 100% office position does not open to remote locations * May need to work in operations environment across multiple shifts depending on project tasks. * Ability to work in a fast paced and high stress environment, performing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
