Compensation: $89,250 - $99,750 Annually (DOE) Location: Medford, MA Key Responsibilities: * Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client * Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor (for cases that have a clinical supervisor and clinical manager) * Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors * Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field * Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly * Develop progress reports detailing client achievement * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments * Conduct supervision, parent education and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours * Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary Qualifications: * Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field * Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations), * Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals * Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans * Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans * Must be able to commute into the city What does BHW have to offer YOU? * Paid training & career development: Access to BHW's BCBA Mentorship program,Annual Reimbursement for CEUs along with access to BHW developed CEU events, Attendance at BHW's Annual Clinical Conference, Meet regularly with your Regional Clinical Director ,Case reviews with subject matter experts, Monthly meetings with members of the leadership team, Opportunities to participate in a variety of committees (e.g., Quality Committee) * Investment in your growth: Tuition Reduction for Partnered Universities: All BHW employees are eligible to enroll in bachelor's, master's, and doctoral-level programs and take advantage of discounted tuition with all of our affiliated universities.
