We're seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our part-time staff at Baxter Arena! As a member of our team, you'll contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. We're hiring for the following positions: * Ticket Office Associate: Assist with ticket sales, will call, and customer service. * Crowd Control: Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests by managing crowd flow and addressing potential issues. * Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by scanning tickets, helping guests find their seats, and enhancing the overall guest experience. * AVL Production: Support our audio, visual, and lighting teams in delivering top-notch production for events. * Game Operations: Ensure a seamless game experience by helping set-up, managing scoreboards, penalties, and other operational aspects. * Ice Crew: Support gameday operations by clearing the ice surface and help with on-ice promotions. Must be proficient at ice skating. * Zamboni Driver: Maintain the ice surface for optimal performance, using specialized equipment and techniques. * Operations / Changeover Crew: Efficiently transition the arena between events, ensuring a clean and prepared space. * Holland Community Ice Attendant: Provide exceptional service by renting and maintaining skates, collecting signed waivers, and tidying the lobby space. * Holland Community Ice Lead Attendant: Ensure seamless operation of the Holland Skate Shop by monitoring the ice, assigning locker rooms, and overseeing operations.
