Job Responsibilities * Oversee the accurate and timely application of incoming cash to customer accounts. * Analyze and interpret banking transactions to facilitate prompt and precise bank reconciliations. * Evaluate cash flow requirements, monitor accounts receivable deposits, manage disbursements, and review line of credit activity. * Administer cash management processes to mitigate organizational risk and deliver timely reports to executive leadership. * Drive process improvement and documentation efforts, leveraging software capabilities and automation for enhanced efficiency. * Lead the cash application team to foster engagement and support ongoing performance enhancement. * Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team with weekly cash forecasting activities. * Administer the Bank of America CashPro portal for processing incoming ACH/wire transactions and managing line of credit draws and repayments. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience * Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections * Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience * Proficiency utilizing Excel at an intermediate level * Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to complete tasks within a deadline * Requires analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills, and the ability to complete complex projects with minimal supervision. * Strong Interpersonal communication skills are required, with the ability to communicate with leaders Armanino LLP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
