Pay: $18 per hour WE LOVE OUR WORK. * Protects the assets of Hollywood Casino St. Louis. * Responsible for room operations in the absence of the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Lead. * Ensures accuracy of all daily reports and log books. * Observes and reports any irregularities. * Assists in the training/testing of new agents and ongoing training/testing for experienced agents. * Responsible for compliance with Missouri Gaming Commission rules and approved System of internal Controls. * Maintains compliance with and enforcement of Surveillance department rules. * Ensures other departments are in compliance with their individual operation procedures and internal Controls. * Performs the duties of a Surveillance Officer. * Takes responsibility with problems that may occur in the room (attitude problems, arguments, sleeping, and professionalism). BRING US YOUR BEST. * Applicant must be 21 years of age or older. * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, Teams) * Must pass math test (equations & conversions) prior to interview with a score of 80% or above. * Knowledge of different table games * Ability to observe and identify suspected cheaters and cheating techniques * Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * The above skills are typically acquired through a minimum of six months of on-the-job training or through closely related experience.
