Greet and welcome guests in the warmest manner. * Communicate with the guest in a clear and professional manner. * Explain the manicure and pedicure treatments, which includes products, benefits and hygiene. * Perform all treatments as trained and services as required by the standards of the spa. * Attend all training sessions required by the hotel. * Handle opening and closing procedures. * Set up, stock, clean nail workstations and dispensary daily. * Disinfect & clean equipment daily or as needed per protocols. * Read and update the daily log book and communicate relevant information. * Maintain a safe, sanitary and professional work area. * Attend meetings and training as requested. * Fully versed on the spa and hotel. * Promote all treatments and products offered in the Spa & Salon. * Perform complimentary nail services as required by management. * Requisition supplies accordingly. * Provide assistance to the guests at all times. * Utilize the phone according to the Post Oak standards. * Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation. * Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff. * The ability to understand and be fully versed in hotel standards, procedures and guest confidentiality. * Work flexible days/hours as needed based on business demands of the spa/hotel. * Good speech and hearing required to communicate with the guest. * Standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling and half kneeling. * Lifting and carrying towels, bowls, carrying gallon container of product.
