And, of course, to be themselves. Position Overview: Entrust is looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Payments & Identity product marketing team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Director, Solutions Marketing, Payments & Identity. You'll be a functional manager who will work together with product management, sales, partners and alliances to build the solution go-to-market for finance and government using our hardware and software product portfolio. You will become a subject matter expert of the technology underlying our solutions and of the payments industry and supply chain. You'll apply your learnings to analyze the competitive landscape to create compelling value propositions of our solutions to the target customers. You'll guide the marketing operations including integrated marketing team with rich content and market insights to develop marketing campaigns that deliver measurable revenue impact. You will analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor strategies to develop and communicate market insight, influence product roadmap priorities, create messaging, content and go-to-market content, strategy, and execution plans. This is a team activity and by collaborating with sales, marketing, product management, and executive management, you will play an active role in shaping Entrust's Payments & Identities solutions portfolio. You should be prepared to operate with a sense of urgency, be an effective leader and influencer in a matrixed environment. The candidate will be particularly effective in driving market change and influencing internal sales, product, marketing and external channel partner teams. Responsibilities Translate market insights to actionable inputs: * Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and position our solutions versus the competition * Listen to customers and share insights, and product requirements with product management * Develop and maintain persona definitions, adapt as needed, and develop our solution storyline for each persona Write content and develop marketing materials solutions to market: * Articulate our value proposition by developing core messaging and positioning * Develop solutions marketing and sales materials including: brochures, web pages, videos, demos, sales presentations, FAQs, competitive battlecards * Write campaign communications including product updates, datasheets, etc. Develop and project manage solutions marketing plans: * Develop and project manage go-to-market strategy together with Integrated Marketing teams to support the solution strategy * Provide the content and strategy to guide solution marketing campaigns together with integrated marketing * Facilitate cross-functional marketing plans and activities for solutions with other teams Champion solutions and contribute content and expertise to other teams' initiatives: * Contribute to thought leadership development, such as VOC, joint marketing with internal and external key accounts, alliance partners and * Support events, webinars, and campaign development to drive demand generation activities * Work closely with customers to source references and case studies As solution marketeer, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree * 5+ years of product management and/or product or solution marketing / market research / technical solutions marketing experience * Demonstrated experience of leading cross-functional teams, with a collaborative mindset * Strong demonstrated analytical experience including market research/analysis and competitive intelligence * Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure while managing multiple competing projects and priorities * An appreciation and understanding of technology to properly engage with the product management, sales, customer support and operations teams.
