Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Design and deliver near-term and long-term analytical tools roadmap to support the growing demand for reporting and analytics. Partner with Technology and Data teams to establish systemic data sourcing and automation, create relational data tables, queries and deliver analytical solutions that help inform strategic and operational decision making. Identify and develop new or enhance existing business solutions to provide the tools to advance spend management and analytics capabilities within Enterprise Corporate Services (ECS). * Foster an engaged, strategic collaboration and tactical support service model to enable information management capabilities that support business information reporting and initiatives across ECS. * Create automation opportunities and strategic improvements to spend cube, business reporting and analytics routines. * Establish, administer and maintain the framework for ECS the data infrastructure to source, enrich and/or transform new and existing data solutions. * Design business data rules that are specific verifiable quantities such as Completeness, Uniqueness, Validity, Logic/Reasonableness, Accuracy, Integrity, Timeliness and Coverage. * Evaluate, prioritize and deliver solutions that involve business information gathering, define or execute test cases in SIT/QA/UAT * Partner with EDO and IT to establish external database connections with ECS SAS DataMart, document relational data models and create reports and visualizations with rationalized data. * Maintain data dictionary and proper operations procedures for internal and audit review * Partner with the business to provide in depth analytics of business processes and design solutions for ECS Functions that summarize performance metrics for Category, Supplier, Spend, Savings and Sourcing Initiatives ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Act as a trusted partner to TSSM Senior Leadership team by providing them with reporting and analytics support related to sourcing process, vendor contracting, category spend, rate harmonization, RFP analysis, and savings calculations. 2. Oversee the accuracy of the sourcing and spend cube. Implement quality checks to maintain data integrity. Identify, drive and lead reporting enhancements. 3. Conduct category, vendor and process analyses, apply analytical rigor in spend review, and develop recommendations and action steps for category and capacity planning. 4. Work closely with the Business Solutions team to automate reports, enhance existing dashboards, and support system and process transformation (e.g. Tableau and SAP Ariba Spend Management). 5. Develop and manage reporting production to support spend management programs, e.g. Travel, Contingent Workforce, Marketing, and Professional Services. 6. Demonstrate solid risk management practices and control execution to ensure known risks are appropriately managed and mitigated. 7. Establish and maintain relevant skillsets to act as a true Subject Matter Expert, effectively informing TSSM SLT on their category and operation strategies and decisions. 8. Provide guidance to direct reports related to prioritizing work, enhancing data quality, following our data governance framework and increasing the analytic support provided to the TSSM teams. 9. Champion best practice processes, benchmark operation performance metrics against industry standards. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain Management 2. 5-7 years' experience in financial services especially sourcing/procurement 3. Excellent analytical skills, including expert level proficiency in spend analysis tools. 4. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills 5. Strong management skills with ability to communicate requirements and drive improvements across functional teams. 6. Advance proficiency MS Office software and other business systems (Ariba, SAP, etc.) 7.
