Qualification Here's What You Need: * Minimum 5+ years working knowledge and hands-on experience working with monitoring or observability tools including, but not limited to: Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, Grafana, Prometheus, etc. * Hands-on experience collecting performance data, analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning * Minimum 2+ years' experience in a lead engineer role. * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience). Bonus points if you have (Preferred Qualifications) * Previous Consulting experience * Experience integrating observability tools with ServiceNow * Experience in calculating system reliability metrics, including MTTD, MTTI, SLO, SLI * Experience delivering software designed for high concurrency, scalability, or availability * Built tooling to improve reliability of systems, automated remediation of issues, or improve scalability. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
