The Senior MAT Data Coordinator will maintain the coordination of MAT grant tracking and data reports. Provide data management training and resources for staff to support grant management. Participate in quality improvement and program review meetings. 1. Provides grant related data management to support grant outcomes and reporting. 2. Supports orientation and training for staff to understand data management and reporting requirements. 3. Submits data reports completed and on time. 4. Prepares data for reporting and meeting presentations. 5. Promotes organizational philosophy and objectives of the MAT Program in relationship to grants to staff. 6. Participates in the Quality Improvement program meetings including identifying quality issues and opportunities for improving quality of care. 7. Maintains professional competence through participation in staff development and educational program. 8. Conduct chart review to verify accuracy of reporting. 9. Assist with the development and revision of data management protocols for reporting 10. Tracks program enrollment and maintain EMR coding, to ensure accuracy of patient population for each program. 11. Work with the Manager to develop and improve EMR data collection and capacity for report writing/ dashboard reporting Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma Preferred Education Requirement: Associate's degree Salary Range: $27-30.60/hour
