Job Family: Digital Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: The Chief Architect is a senior technical leader of the team and needs to have a strong problem-solving ability and be able to think strategically. They should also possess excellent analytical skills and have the capacity to analyze complex information and make informed decisions. Furthermore, this individual should have strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. They should be highly adaptable and possess excellent time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The contributions of this role have a direct impact on the team's ability to adapt to changing environments, deliver value that drive business success. Essential duties may include: * Works with product stakeholders to understand business requirements and refine actionable technical tasks with the support of the team. * Transform business needs into solution designs and objectives and design and implement solutions. * Leads cross-functional development to bring prototypes to life, providing constructive feedback to optimize implementation and usability. * Sets an example for team members of how to reliably deliver on commitments. * Embraces emerging standards while promoting best practices and communicating trade-offs. * Implements, maintains, and supports software integrations. * Provides solutions to technical problems of varying scope and complexity. * Collaborates with the Account team to determine priorities and risks associated with projects. What You Will Need: * AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional. * Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience designing solutions with a Microservices software architecture. * Experience applying The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) in Agile solution designs to minimize technical debt and improve overall velocity. * Experience implementing the MVC Development Methodology (Model/View/Controller). * Experience with developing and managing data models with CA Erwin or a similar tool approved by ICE OCIO.
