HEAR THE POSSIBILITIES LLC is experiencing rapid growth and are looking for another full-time Audiologist to join our practice. We are patient-focused and have patient-first values and are driven to make a difference one patient at a time. Our practice provides a continuum of Audiology services that include identification, diagnosis and treatment for patients with hearing loss or communication difficulties. * Administers and interprets diagnostic hearing evaluations, develops a treatment plan and establishes goals for each patient * Advises on the selection, fitting and evaluation of hearing aids, accessories and FM equipment * Responsible for repairing and maintaining hearing aids, accessories and stock * HearForm software to include scheduling and documentation * Timely report writing and documentation per facility protocol * Positive interaction with patients, families and staff * Other duties as assigned * Education Qualifications: * Doctorate Degree in Audiology (preferred) * Master's Degree in Audiology (required) * Current Audiology license in the State of Ohio * American Academy of Audiology (AAA) certification (required) * ASHA (CCC-A) certification (preferred) * Experience Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in medical setting with adult and pediatric patients including diagnostic testing, dispensing hearing aids, FM systems and accessories * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patient, families and staff * Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills * Computer Expertise
