We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Coordinator to join our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) team. Partnering closely with the OEM Accounts Manager, you will help shape the future of our business by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our overall sales strategy. What You'll Do: * Uncover and pursue new OEM partners and market opportunities for ARDEX and HENRY. * Assist in crafting and executing winning sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve revenue goals. * Stay ahead of the curve with market analysis and competitor research, ensuring we meet evolving customer needs. * Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align and support sales initiatives. * Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-up activities, driving engagement and satisfaction. * Manage client relationships with a proactive approach, swiftly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. * Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system. * Spearhead OEM product commercialization efforts, including the design of data sheets, labels, and other marketing materials. Experience and Skills: * Experience in sales, business development, or a related role; OEM experience is a plus. * Background in the construction or building materials industry is preferred. * A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results * Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. * Proven organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results. * Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills. * Energetic, customer-focused, and driven to succeed. * Proficient in Digital Systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, CRM, PowerPoint, and Internet tools. * A role model of ARDEX Values: Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embody Integrity, Embrace Responsibility, and Build Belonging. * Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight, by company automobile and air.
