Under the general supervision of the Data and Analytics Manager, the IT Intern is responsible for providing support to the Data and Analytics team and developing reports for the business. This position works with the Data and Analytics team and their business partners to ensure that new reports are optimized to meet business needs. Responsibilities * Review current reports in Tableau to evaluate business need, and optimal design in Power BI. * Collaborates with business partners, and Data and Analytics team, to track report priority and development progress. * Design and build new reports in Power BI based on business requirements. * Create custom data sets that optimize report performance. * Create and maintain documentation on reports to ensure the team understands the report purpose, and technical design. * Performs additional duties as required. Preferred Qualifications * Current Junior or Senior in College, or recent college graduate * Computer Science/Mathematics major or equivalent * Exp. with MS Windows & MS Office * Exp. with MS SQL Server, MS Windows Server /2012, Windows /10 * Exp. gathering requirements and building reports utilizing reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) Pay Rate: $0.00 - $0.00 per hour, based on experience Benefits At Saia, your success is our success!
