This role involves the maintenance and repair of critical machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and aluminum extrusion production machines. Required Education/Experience: * Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: * Associate degree in Electrical, PLCs, Hydraulics, or Pneumatics preferred. * Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred. * Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. * Expertise in using maintenance tools, mechanical equipment, and electrical testing devices. * Ability to follow detailed instructions with precision. * Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work independently. * Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a willingness to learn. Job Responsibilities: * Conduct preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems. * Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems. * Replace defective parts and carry out necessary repairs. * Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems. * Assist with equipment enhancements, replacements, and upgrades. * Obtain and maintain a Mobile Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift). * Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies. * Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. * Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well-organized. * Demonstrate a positive attitude and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. * Stay updated on advancements in PLC/Electrical systems, Hydraulic/Pneumatic systems, Combustion systems, Motors & Drives, Crane/Mobile equipment systems, and Electrostatic painting systems.
