Salary Range: $66,900 to $80,775 per year * Direct the pickup and transportation of chicken from ranch to processing plants. * Make decisions on how many birds per crew will be picked up. * Check on crews while at the ranches and assuring all is going as scheduled and correct any problems necessary. * Establish and enforce company and department safety, animal welfare, biosecurity and production standards. * Provide necessary training for all employees including new hires. * Supervise the training of truck and forklift drivers. * Have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience. * Knowledge of poultry transportation preferred but not required. * Must have good communication skills both verbal and written. * Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. * Ability to work in a fast paced work environment. * Ability to work in extreme cold/hot, dusty environment. * Must have ability to acquire a class A Commercial Driver's License. * Must have and maintain an acceptable DMV driving record. * Ability to follow and enforce all company rules, policies and procedures. * Ability to work various shifts including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays. * Ability to meet production standards and deadlines.
