Position As a composite technician you will assembles components by laying composites and materials such as pre-impregnated carbon fiber and fiberglass cloth onto molds & processes parts through molding operations. Composite Technician Responsibilities include: * Responsible for the hand layup of advanced composite materials on designated tooling per specific work instructions and customer specifications. * Performs advance composite operations to include trimming, vacuum-bagging, basic repair, material preparation, weighing, finishing, and molding operations. * Inspection of in-process and finished product using hand measurement tools and other tests procedures may be required. * Record keeping of inspection results where required. * Responsible for work orders and time calculations to ensure the quality of the product while providing suggestions for improvement. Preferred Qualifications: * Ability to comprehend and follow written specifications. * Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail. * Excellent hand dexterity and coordination. * Ability to maintain a clean & organized environment. * Effective oral and written communication skills.
