As Theater Event Staff Supervisor, you'll coordinate and supervise our Theater Event Staff and event operations. Additionally, you'll: * Create staff schedules. * Hire, supervise, train, and discipline Theater Event staff. * Complete event reconciliation and all event reports. * Verify event floor plan and seating set-up. * Effectively resolve guest service issues. * Work closely and cooperatively with the Box Office staff. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
