The responsibilities of the Product Development Assistant will include placing orders with the plant or vendor, coordinating ingredient pick-ups, maintaining communication via group emails, and accurately tracking inventory using Excel spreadsheets. You'll also weigh out ingredients for trials, assist with hand-packing trials at the plant, receive ingredient orders, and maintain lot number records for traceability. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ordering lab supplies for the ingredient weigh-out room.
