Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for analyzing the organization and designing its processes and systems. * This includes assessing the business model and its integration with technology, researching and gathering information, and synthesizing customer requirements. * You will also be expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert, actively participating in team discussions and providing solutions to work-related problems. * Requirements Analysis at an intermediate level is required. * Business Process Analysis Tools at an intermediate level, Atlassian JIRA at an intermediate level, and other skills are recommended. * Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to identify customer needs and define the future state and/or business solution. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesize information. * Assess the current state of the organization and its processes. * Design and implement process improvements. * Provide expertise and guidance on business process analysis tools. Qualification Basic Qualifications: * Requirements Management - 4+ years of experience * Business Process Analysis - 4+ years of experience * JIRA Stories writing - 4+ years of experience * High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: * Business Process Design Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
