JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to the Operations Leader, the Senior Vice President, Operations and Data Governance will spearhead the roll-out and advancement of operational processes surrounding Antares' Security Master product within our firm. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, leading discussions on data governance for operations, and facilitating ad-hoc operational project rollouts. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership skills to drive efficiency and innovation within our organization. RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee the roll-out and continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures related to the Security Master product. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and enhance operational efficiency. * Identify areas for process enhancement and develop strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence. * Lead discussions on data governance within the firm, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. * Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures within the operations framework to maintain data integrity and security. * Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement data quality assurance measures and controls. * Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ad-hoc operational projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines. * Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. * Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. * Engage with internal stakeholders, including senior management, IT, compliance, and business units, to understand their needs and priorities. * Act as a liaison between different departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. * Proven experience (15 years) in operations management, data governance, or related fields within the financial services industry, preferably in private credit or asset management. * Strong understanding of operational processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements in the financial services sector. * Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of security master products or similar financial data management systems is highly desirable.
