Position Responsibilities * Manage the day-to-day operations of a team of Demand Planners and Buyers. * Determine inventory levels at Uline's network of distribution centers and warehouses. * Monitor inventory levels, develop product forecasts and determine stocking strategies. * Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors. * Work with the Merchandising team to solve vendor issues, handle vendor changes and determine potential product additions. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor's degree. * 10+ years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management or Demand Planning. * Excellent communication and analytical skills. * Strong attention to detail, contributing to the "big picture."
