Full Time 300 Southborough Drive Professional - Nonclinical Day Shift * The Senior Physician Compensation Analyst role supports the day to day administration of physician compensation. This role provides operational and analytical support for compensation models and reports, special pay vouchers, compensation surveys, reporting and ad-hoc data requests. * Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. * License/Certifications: N/A * Experience: Five years of related work experience required. * Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Advanced analytical skills to run analysis and manipulate large data sets. Project Management. * Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: N/A
