In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. As a member of CIBC's Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver the best-in-class experiences to enable CIBC to become the destination of choice for top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern, you will be instrumental in supporting candidates (internal & external), Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs), and Hiring Managers (HMs), throughout the interview process. This role focuses exclusively on interview scheduling for candidates across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 3 days per week on-site, while other days may be remote. This internship offers a pay of $25/hour for 40 hours a week. How you'll succeed * You will schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews. * You will organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through our internal ticketing system. * You will communicate with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process. * You will problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes. * You will greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visit at our Chicago offices. You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
