As the Vice President, Head of Workspace Engineering for Communications and Time Management (CTM), you will lead an organization of Googlers, with direct management of key engineering leads for individual products, across multiple global sites. You will be a highly technical engineer who has the depth and breadth of experience of building high-performing products. The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and development of Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Tasks, and Groups products in Workspace which are focused on communication and time management. Build engineering teams, work with engineering Directors to guide technical direction, and work with product management to define overall vertical strategy. Work with customers, product managers, solutions architects, and Go-To-Market (GTM) colleagues to understand customers' use cases, and translate them into excellent technical designs and implementations.
