Overview Rapiscan Systems,Inc. designs, manufactures and markets security and inspection systems worldwide. Our products range from hand held metal detectors to Real Time Tomography used to inspect baggage, cargo, people, vehicles and other objects for people, weapons, explosives, drugs, money, and other contraband. Rapiscan Systems security and inspection devices can be found in a wide range of locations such as, airports, border crossings, railway stations, seaports and terminals, government and military installations and nuclear facilities. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Program Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of tradeshow coordination for the Americas region while providing support for global shows and initiatives. They will design and execute targeted email campaigns covering product launches, events, service offerings, public relations/news, and more. Occasional event photography and up to 20% travel is required. Responsibilities * Coordinate all tradeshow activities for the Americas region, including booth logistics, vendor management, staff coordination, and post-event follow-up. * Design and schedule email campaigns to promote product launches, events, services, and other marketing initiatives. * Support global marketing initiatives and events as needed. * Capture occasional event photography to enhance marketing materials and documentation. * Develop custom sales presentations and collateral to support sales teams, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on products and offerings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. * Maintain and update marketing content on digital platforms, websites, and social media channels. * Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. * Uphold the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork. * Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct. * It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem. * Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field preferred. Years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. * 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, event coordination, and email campaign management. Experience in security, technology, or B2B marketing is desired. * Proficiency in marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Buffer) and CRM systems (e.g., D365). * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is strongly desired.
