Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $22.68 - $32.88 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Responsible for resolving delinquency on vehicle loans where timely payments are not being received. Provide direct assistance to our Members by working with them to identify the true cause of non-payment in order to provide personalized options. Essential Job Functions * Works on delinquent vehicle loans through inbound/out-bound calls, written and electronic correspondence, and other approved methods. * Responsible for working specialized queues for vehicle loans * Reviews accounts to generate Final Demand Letters, Notices of Intent to Sell, and Deficiency Balance letters. * Reviews accounts for repossession efforts and assists with reinstatement requirements * Handles impounded vehicles and follows up as needed. This includes contacting tow yards and government agencies, negotiating fees, and handling Lien Objections and disposition paperwork * Reviews, audits, and submits for approval vendor invoices * Assists management and team with monthly audits and reports, as needed Additional Job Functions * Performs other duties as assigned * Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties.
