Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $22.68 - $32.88 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Responsible for resolving delinquency on vehicle loans where timely payments are not being received. Provide direct assistance to our Members by working with them to identify the true cause of non-payment in order to provide personalized options. Essential Job Functions * Works on delinquent vehicle loans through inbound/out-bound calls, written and electronic correspondence, and other approved methods. * Responsible for working specialized queues for vehicle loans * Reviews accounts to generate Final Demand Letters, Notices of Intent to Sell, and Deficiency Balance letters. * Reviews accounts for repossession efforts and assists with reinstatement requirements * Handles impounded vehicles and follows up as needed. This includes contacting tow yards and government agencies, negotiating fees, and handling Lien Objections and disposition paperwork * Reviews, audits, and submits for approval vendor invoices * Assists management and team with monthly audits and reports, as needed Additional Job Functions * Performs other duties as assigned * Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions Additional Skills * Excellent verbal and written skills * Conflict resolution and negotiation skills * Active listening skills * Experience with inbound/outbound phone system preferred * Intermediate computer and typing skills * Basic skip tracing skills Education/Years of Experience/Certifications * High School Diploma required * Minimum of 2 years of previous related experience required * Previous financial institution or credit union experience preferred * Knowledge FDCPA, TCPA and SCRA Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a teammember to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the teammember is regularly required to do the following: * Intermittent lifting up to 10 pounds * Must be able to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer * Frequent keyboarding and mouse usage * Intermittent standing, sitting, walking and neck flexing * Intermittent pushing, pulling and reaching above, at and below shoulder height * Eye/hand coordination: Performing work using both * Working with hands: seizing, holding, and grasping * Able to lift by raising or lowering an object from one level to another. * Positions within Facilities and ATM Services may be exposed to dust, gas, odors or fumes and power grasping.
