The Revit Architectual Drafter Intern is primarily responsible for producing residential construction blueprints for both new and existing plans, elevations, and options. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Produce and document residential construction blueprints for plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines. * Revise residential construction blueprints to reflect plan revisions and monthly changes. * Complete special projects as requested. Job Competencies * Communication/Building Relationships * Organizational Skills * Flexibility * Time Management * Initiative Qualifications * High School Diploma and current enrollment in university required. * Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. What can you expect? * You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week.
