Job Title Multi-Variant Planning Manager Scope Any DePuy Synthes Facility Globally Job Function Global Supply Chain - PLAN Job Summary Responsible for the development and leadership of product variant strategy within the Joint Recon business. Management and development of the Variant Compliance process within Joint Recon. Responsible for providing E2E leadership where required on projects which overlap with multivariant inventory management processes and strategy. Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible for providing the leadership in developing product variant strategies for Joint Recon working in collaboration with business partners in commercial, across the supply chain and other DPS businesses / DPS PLAN PMO. * Responsible for lifecycle and cost management of the DPS Joint Recon and Power tools multivariant portfolio with focus on generating process efficiency and decision-making processes for variant set-up / rationalization * Leadership and development of both Team and Process to support the creation and introduction of Variants (New codes) into the Supply Chain and Legacy Process's in transition to Variant Process. * Leadership of a direct team of SMEs, responsible for setting G&Os, managing performance and career development of all team members. * Will be asked to provide leadership on specific projects and activities through time (such as elements of the MDR project).
