Position Summary What will your job entail? Job Responsibilities: * Create and implement strategic marketing plans that align with business goals. * Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Review and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. * Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Validate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs. * Track sales data to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. * Plan and manage meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists. * Develop and manage marketing budgets and coordinate with the finance team to ensure efficient use of resources. * Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and ensure that all marketing activities are compliant with industry rules and regulations. * Collaborate with internal teams such as product, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency. * Coordinate the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. * Maintain databases of customer information for future marketing campaigns and reports. Work Experience and Education: * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 1-2 years of related experience. Licenses & Certifications: * Certified in Digital Marketing or Certification in Project Management is preferred. The target hourly rate range for this position is $22.25 - $27.00 per hour. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full-time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
