Job Details: Job Summay: We are looking for a strategic thinker with hands-on design experience who welcomes challenges and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to participate in both the research and design of products, utilizing strong visual and communication skills. You will be responsible for determining the design direction for a variety of security focused products, exercising discretionary and substantial decision-making authority. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences and be an advocate for the user. * Effectively communicate design decisions through wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. * Work with stakeholders to understand user needs, translating them into actionable requirements, and use the findings to inform and validate design decisions. * Conduct user research to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the design aligns with user expectations and needs. * Collaborate with product managers, UI designers, and engineers from discovery through implementation. * Act as the main point of contact to communicate project progress between teams and stakeholders. * Participate in the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the UX design, and usability. * Respond to and resolve technical issues during development and participate in content integration efforts. * Work within deadlines by timeboxing efforts to expand or contract as needed. * Offer feedback to management on ways to improve workflows and processes. * Participate in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) events and processes. Minimum Job Requirements: * A 4-year Degree in Visual Communication, Communication Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field. * 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio that showcases design samples effectively communicating your process, project insights, and solutions. * An eye for visual design excellence and a commitment to user-centered design principles. * Effective communication skills and the ability to sell your UX * A self-starter who is highly professional, and attentive to detail. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools. * Must be able to work in a highly collaborative environment with UI Designers, Project Managers, System Engineers, and QA teams. * Must be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines. * You must be a US Citizen.
