The Work: * Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP SuccessFactors * Work with functional workstreams and define system strategies for client * Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs * Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project) * Give clients options for designs using prototypes * Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies * Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Qualification Here's what you need: * Minimum of 2 years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central/Time Off experience * Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off implementation * Certified in Employee Central & Employee Central Time Off modules * Prior experience working in a Consulting/Advisory role * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience Bonus Points if: * You have experience in other SuccessFactors modules or certifications. Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
