Role Responsibilities * Partner with business leaders to write compelling job descriptions that meet their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs * Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions based on qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility * Partner with HR to plan and execute succession for top ~100 * Work with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool * Ensure progressive diversity & inclusion within the recruitment & selection process * Negotiate and extend offers of employment to successful candidates * Assist with employment branding * Partner to improve hire operations * Efficiency/effectiveness: Meet or exceed operational and performance goals * Financial: Meet or exceed TA budget and agency usage targets Role Requirements * Minimum 7 years progressive recruiting experience * Minimum 4 years Executive recruiting experience * 2 years vendor management experience is preferred * Proven relationship building with senior leadership * Demonstrate deep recruiting and hiring process expertise * Strong negotiation, consultation, and communication skills * Business acumen and market insight * Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems. Salary The on-target earnings range is $118,090 - $157,454 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
