Executive Recruiter - Denver, Colorado Do you know what it takes to spot quality candidates for a global financial services company? Manage Director and VP recruiting, both internal recruiting and sourcing as well as third party Search Firms. Support staffing and succession planning with better fitting, more qualified leadership talent for successful and lasting placements. Role Responsibilities * Partner with business leaders to write compelling job descriptions that meet their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs * Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for employment in executive or senior management positions based on qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility * Partner with HR to plan and execute succession for top ~100 * Work with executive search firms or other placement agencies to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool * Ensure progressive diversity & inclusion within the recruitment & selection process * Negotiate and extend offers of employment to successful candidates * Assist with employment branding * Partner to improve hire operations * Efficiency/effectiveness: Meet or exceed operational and performance goals * Financial: Meet or exceed TA budget and agency usage targets Role Requirements * Minimum 7 years progressive recruiting experience * Minimum 4 years Executive recruiting experience * 2 years vendor management experience is preferred * Proven relationship building with senior leadership * Demonstrate deep recruiting and hiring process expertise * Strong negotiation, consultation, and communication skills * Business acumen and market insight * Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems. Workday preferred * Ability to take a strong leadership role in implementing policies and procedures to support organizational objectives and business success * Ability to develop productive relationships with peers and collaborate successfully * Ability to be a company-wide change-agent that influences strategic actions and mindset changes We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere. Salary The on-target earnings range is $118,090 - $157,454 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
