Responsibilities: * Supporting current staff * Orienting new staff * Make the training calendar * Attend CSE/CPSE meetings as needed * Evolv training * Frontline-report cards/access * Schedule behavior trainings * Intervention Plans-OT/PT Audit's to intervention plans * Assist with basic SummitUp questions/IEP SummitUp alignment * Re-evaluations * Staff Training * Assist with interviews, tours, observation set up as needed * Assist with caseloads * Collaborate on performance reviews * Assist with student interns as needed * Screenings OT/PT/SLP * Assist with hearing screenings when needed * Deliver services as mandated. * Applies best, evidence based, practice methods * Create and maintain all required documentation. * Participate as part of the educational/clinical team for each student. * Collaborate and effectively communicate with families * Track data and make data-based decisions * Assess student progress on a regular basis * Manage behavioral challenges * EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's Degree in Communication Disorders and/or Sciences or Speech Language Pathology * CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist; NYS Certified Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH) or NYS Certified Speech and Language Disabilities (TSSLD) OR * EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from a New York State accredited four-year college or university * CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS - Licensed by the State Education Department; Must be CPR and First aid certified; fingerprint clearance through Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) OR * EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from a New York State accredited college or university * CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Etc - Licensed and registered by the State Education Department in Occupational Therapy. Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc. (NBCOT). Must be First Aid, CPR and SCIP-R certified; fingerprint clearance through Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
