The Baird GP Solutions Group collaborates with Baird's sector and product teams to advise sponsor clients on private secondary market transactions, ranging from single and multi-asset continuation funds, tender offers and strip sales to bespoke financings including NAV-based loans and fund-level preferred equity financings. As an Investment Banking Analyst on the GP Solutions team, you will: * Assist in the preparation of financial models, company marketing materials and client presentations. * Manage investors throughout the capital raise process including by helping to facilitate their diligence. * Perform research and various analyses in support of thematic publications and new business generation. * Gain exposure to live GP-led transaction deal activity. * Work closely with mid-level and senior management to support execution of GP-led secondary transactions for key financial sponsor relationships. * Hone your skills by working closely with sponsor clients, secondary investors and Baird's sector and product teams on a variety of GP-led transactions.
