Job Description The Organon Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM) Organization partners with the business to develop and execute direct and indirect sourcing strategies, enabled by agile business processes and strong supplier performance management, to drive improved business outcomes. This position is for an exciting role on Procurement Process Excellence team. We are looking for a Associate Specialist to join our Strategic Procurement Operations Team. This position will be responsible activities listed below: Responsibilities * Support reporting needs as part of the Operations reporting strategy and team metrics. * Collaborate with internal and external business partners on benchmarking, industry trends and report analysis. * Ability to assist with tactical department improvements, include but not limited to stakeholder payable support, knowledge articles and special operational global projects. * Contract system engagement, collaborate with the contracting team and support, when needed. Required Education, Experience and Skills * Bachelor's degree. * Must be a dependable self-starter. * Must be capable of working independently on multiple projects with the ability to prioritize tasks. * Demonstrated high level of competence with computers is essential. * Analytical - Strong analytical skills, ability to analyze large complex data sets to derive relevant intelligence in developing sourcing strategies or supporting negotiations. * Ability to communicate with various suppliers and stakeholders. * Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment; highly capable project management to understand interdependencies between projects, meet timelines, and handle multiple requests at the same time. * Strong Communication Skills. * Analytical. * Attention to Detail.
