Principle Auto Group Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer Who You Are Principle Auto is looking for an strategically oriented Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will work with the Chief Executive Officer and other community leaders to shape the company and overall mission of giving back to our communities. Position Summary As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO at Principle Auto, you will be the cornerstone of our executive office, providing essential support to our CEO and contributing to the smooth operation of our high-performing team. This role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in high-level administrative support. Including support in the following areas: Executive Support: * Manage the Chief Executive Officer's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. * Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive team meetings, and other high-level gatherings and community engagements. * Assist in the preparation of correspondence and legal documents, with an emphasis on compliance with corporate policies and standards. * Operate as a liaison between the CEO and and other executives, associates and external stakeholders. * Prepare and distribute meeting minutes with action items to appropriate executive team members. Personal and Charitable Support: * Manage personal tasks and schedules for the CEO, including coordinating charitable activities and board work with various organizations around the country. * Assist in organizing and executing on events, including corporate and charitable events, that drive engagement and the organization's overall mission. * Coordinate meetings and involvement with Executive Assistants and various community members on other areas of interest to the CEO. Special Project Support: * Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. * Work with the Executive Team to coordinate support and time required from the CEO to meet corporate KPI's and initiatives. * Conduct research and prepare reports as needed. * Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate and/or legal environment. * Bachelor Degree, or advanced certifications in office administration or legal assistance are a plus. * High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Experience with project management tools or legal software is an advantage. * Extremely exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills and follow up in a fast-paced environment required. * Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to see the heart of a matter and find the solutions where others see issues. * Outstanding written and verbal communication, and ability to proof read documents to check for accuracy and completeness. * Strong logical problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively act and find creative avenues to challenges.
