Qualifications:The successful candidate must have a special interest in working with geriatric residents. In addition, the individual must assume responsibility for learning and following therapeutic recreational techniques and documentation procedures. Position requires the ability to generate enthusiasm during programs and be willing to participate in special events. Excellent communication skills are needed. The ability to follow oral and written directions is needed as well. Applicants certified in Therapeutic Recreation are preferred.
