gpac is working with a client company located in south central Minnesota who is seeking a
Bilingual HR Business Partner
. This company is committed to fostering an environment that values the contributions of all employees. This role will be focused on employee relations and manager development, and working closely with entire HR team!
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals. Provide HR guidance and support to employees at all levels. Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct training sessions and workshops in both English and Spanish. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. What We Offer:
