Job Description: ANGARAI's Training and Development Subject Matter Expert (SME)'s primary role is to be the organization's expert in a specific field or subject area related to training and development. You will use your deep knowledge, expertise, and experience to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training content and programs that meet the learning needs of employees or learners. Your focus will be on creating engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance skills, knowledge, and performance, contributing to the overall success of the organization's training and development initiatives. Major Roles and Responsibilities: The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Subject Matter Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding and expertise in a specific field or subject relevant to the organization's training and development goals. This could include areas such as leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills training, compliance training, or any other specialized domain. * Curriculum Design: Collaborate with instructional designers and training managers to design and develop training curricula that align with learning objectives and leverage your subject matter expertise. * Content Development: Create high-quality training content, including presentations, e-learning modules, training manuals, videos, and other learning materials, incorporating best practices and adult learning principles. * Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and webinars to deliver training content effectively, engaging learners and promoting knowledge transfer. * Needs Analysis: Work with stakeholders and training managers to conduct needs assessments, identifying learning gaps and areas where your subject matter expertise can add value to the organization's training efforts. * Training Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation process to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement based on learner feedback and performance outcomes. * Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, research, and best practices related to your subject area. Use this knowledge to continuously improve and update training content and methodologies. * Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, instructional designers, and training managers to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational objectives and overall learning strategy. * Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other trainers and learning facilitators to enhance their expertise in your subject area and improve training delivery. * Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that training content and programs comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and policies. Minimum Qualification and skills: * Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field related to subject matter expertise. * Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in the specific subject area of focus. * Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs and materials. * Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. * Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse audiences. * Analytical mindset to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness. * Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. * Leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and inspire others in your subject area of expertise.
