Connecting you to great benefits Paid lodging and per diem when overnight travel is required Company vehicles for business use Competitive Compensation Comprehensive benefit package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, Life and AD&D, Short and Long-term disability insurance, Legal, both traditional and ROTH 401k retirement plans with company match, Company stock purchase program and tuition reimbursement Paid time off 8 paid annual Holidays Advancement opportunities, including ongoing training opportunities, for individuals demonstrating an aptitude and drive to expand their skill base as well as the determination and positive attitude to progress their career What you'll do as an Aerial Foreman Provide communication and direction to crew members Performing duties of aerial lineman Implement and perform steps to complete jobs in a timely manner Setting daily production goals Conducting daily walk-throughs Ensuring DOT documentation Monitoring and adhering to all safety processes and procedures Conducting weekly tool box talks Maintaining and submitting required reporting Other Duties as assigned Qualifications: Appropriate aerial training and previous experience in a similar position with a focus on crew leadership Knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft and climb poles up to 40 feet Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction (such as; pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction) Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistance Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give descriptive and respectful direction Basic computer skills required, experience with Google apps a plus! A valid drivers license required with a good driving record is required Unrestricted Class A CDL is a plus (Higher wage scales apply to CDL holders) Must be able to pass and maintain a DOT health card Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers & customers in a clear & professional manor Ability to set up & maintain safe work areas Ability to work in all weather conditions Ability to travel when travel is required Why work with us Your career here is more than just a job - it's your pathway to opportunity.
