As a Facility Manager at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. You'll oversee the daily operations of assigned facilities, ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency. Your role will involve managing maintenance teams, coordinating with service providers, and implementing best practices in facility management. What your day-to-day will look like: * Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with client needs and JLL standards * Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure facilities operate at peak efficiency * Manage vendor relationships and contracts for various facility services * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations * Prepare and manage facility budgets, including forecasting and cost control measures * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client satisfaction and operational excellence * Lead and mentor facility management staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management or related role * Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and facility operations * Proficiency in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively * Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various client sites as needed Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in Facility Management or related field * Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, or IFMA credentials * Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building practices * Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies * Familiarity with energy management systems and practices * Multilingual capabilities to support diverse client base * Experience in commercial real estate or property management Location: On-site -Atlanta, GA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
