Job Summary: This is a 1.0 FTE long term substitute position for a Middle School Science Teacher. Under the direction of the Principal, responsible for helping students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able and responsible citizens. Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description. Salary Range: Guest Teacher pay rate is $28.67 per hour, $215.00 per day for 0-20 days; $30.67 per hour, $230.00 per day for 21-44 days; and $34.67 per hour, $260.00 per day for 45 or more days. Dated Needed: September 16, 2024 - TBD (at least 3 weeks) Endorsement Required: Science Endorsement Qualifications: * Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement. * Possess and maintain a valid First Aid and CPR certification for duration of employment with the District when required for position by Board Policy. Applicant are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.
