The successful Janitor will be a team member who provides clean affordable housing to the residents of the community. The Janitor will work with maintenance staff to coordinate a cleaning schedule. Mercy Terrace is a 158-unit affordable community with apartment-homes for area seniors in San Francisco, CA. We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply. This is an on-site position. Duties: * Cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc., at least daily, and more if necessary, to maintain excellent entrance appeal. * Cleans laundry room, community room, conference room, and management offices on a daily basis. * Vacuums hallways on a daily basis. * Cleans community bathrooms on a daily basis, more if necessary, to maintain in a sanitary manner.
