Description Leidos is seeking a Business Data Analyst to support survey design, implementation, and analysis. The role involves consulting with stakeholders to frame survey design, running surveys, conducting focus groups, and collaborating with team members to compile and analyze survey results. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, 4+ years of relevant work experience, and an active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance. Preferred qualifications include experience with database software and the Intelligence Community workforce. Primary Responsibilities Consult with stakeholders to frame survey design and create responsive questions. Create and run surveys in customer-provided applications. Run focus groups to generate in-depth data and analyze it alongside survey data. Collaborate with team members to compile survey results, including through online dashboards. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 4+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience working across multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Active TS/SCI with a polygraph clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience with database and dashboard software. Knowledge of the Intelligence Community workforce and related issues. Pay Range:

$68,900.00 - $124,550.00 The pay range for this job level is a general guideline. Factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
