Could you be the full-time hybrid Procurement Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive procurement and sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll act as the procurement representative in the Cluster/Country, making significant contributions that impact organizational strategies and project executions. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Engineering), support Site Procurement Directors and much more." We'll look to you for: * Maintaining a close link with Global Procurement to deploy Global strategies and achieve synergies, * Applying & supporting Alstom Transport Procurement rules, process & tools, * Motivating, inspiring, and continuously developing your team in a multicultural interface to improve competencies, * Bringing Procurement expertise to support the local buyer team, * Welcoming new resources, managing their local integration, and ensuring their coaching by senior colleagues All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
