Job Description: * Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel * Provide training to store associates on the various Intel products and technologies * Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services * Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale * Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement * Ring up your customers' computer purchases on Best Buy's POS system (no cash handling involved) * Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos * Maintain business communication with Best Buy District Manager via occasional phone calls, Zoom meetings, and/or emails * Rep will handle full sales engagement process with customers, from the initial point of contact through closing and ringing up of purchase * You will not be responsible for cash handling, only ringing up credit card purchases through the POS register * Any cash purchases are handed over to a Best Buy employee * Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Saturday and Sunday shifts. * Additional work shifts may also be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days) Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * A minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred. * An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus. * Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale. * Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. * Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer and retail partner expectations. * Thrive in a fast-paced team environment. * Availability to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday. * Own a smartphone. * Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). * Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
